What’s For Dinner Wednesday

I asked my friends what they were cooking for dinner and many replied with what they have been fixing during this Corona- Virus outbreak. I compiled a list of what all they were making and I wanted to share it with you. When you can’t think of what to cook for dinner go ahead and take an idea from my friends. If you have a favorite recipe to add to the list, please share it below.

  1. Chili
  2. BBQ Chicken Sandwiches and Baked Beans
  3. Pizza
  4. Chicken and Waffles
  5. Kale salad and Veggies
  6. Crab meat saute in butter and garlic/ Side of Broccoli
  7. Baked chicken wings with salt and oil, salad. Corn wrapped in foil.
  8. Steak and Potatoes
  9. Pork Tenderloin, roasted asparagus, Boudin, and Mac N Cheese.
  10. Sausage and peppers in the air fryer.
  11. Irish Stew – Beef marinated in Guinness, broth, potatoes kale, zucchini and carrots. Of course seasoning, garlic, onions and peppers.
    I let the meat sit in beer overnight and then brown it. All of it goes in crockpot.
  12. Chicken and dumplings
  13. Rice, sauteed peppers, onion and sun dried tomatoes. 
  14. Ribs and Mac n Cheese
  15. Beef stroganoff
  16. Instant Pot Burrito Bowls
  17. Salmon and fettuccine alfredo
  18. Ranch chicken tacos. (Taco seasoning and ranch seasoning over chicken in the crockpot)
  19. Fried Chicken
  20. Grilled Chicken, black beans, yellow rice
  21. Taco Soup
  22. Lazy Ziti- Noodles then mix the sauce and ricotta and the boiled noodles together. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake. Easy and everyone loves it.
  23. Love Meals – AKA left overs
  24. Hamburgers, baked beans brownies
  25. Chili Dogs and french fries
  26. Vegetarian enchiladas
  27. Roast turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans and rolls
  28. Cesar Salad with jasmine rice, topped with black beans, cheese and corn & fajita seasoned chicken.
  29. Grilled cheese and homemade chicken noodle soup
  30. Garlic chicken, Sauteed with broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and three cheese tortellini.
  31. Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches
  32. Pulled Beef, potatoes, cantaloupe crescent rolls
  33. Ham Shank, mashed potatoes, box Mac N Cheese
  34. Grilled chicken marinated in mayonaise, lime juice and spices.
  35. Stuffed peppers
  36. Lemon chicken and yellow rice
  37. Spinach aritchoke chicken
  38. Deer steak, brown rice, Southwest Salad 
  39. Banana bread
  40. Hamburger and chips
  41. Buffalo pork chops
  42. Mississippi Pot Roast
  43. Miniature Tacos. Low carb spinach tortilla cut to shape with a round glass. Fill with taco fillings
  44. Lasagna, cesar salad, bread from Carrabbas
  45. Pork loin and roasted potatoes
  46. Meatloaf and mixed veggies
  47. Crock Pot Roast
