I’m spending the week in Florida with my family and seeing as many friends as possible while I’m in town. In order to do that and keep some sense of sanity a plan is in place.
Part of the plan includes exercising daily. I am still doing these Beachbody On Demand workouts, because I can do them anywhere I have wifi and it’s 30 minutes of my time. The next links are 2 podcasts that have been awesome to listen to. How I built this with Guy Raz is awesome and has lots of great stories with Entrepreneurs that you have probably heard of or use their products. The Air B&B interview was great along with Dermalogica. There are plenty to choose from so just subscribe and listen to them all. EOfire is for Entrepreneur on Fire and this guy interviews Entrepreneurs daily. Your mind will be spinning with ideas after these podcasts so consider yourself warned:)
The rest of the day I’ll be shuffling kids and scheduling play dates and appointments, but these tips help in keeping my mind sharp and focused so I eliminate the overwhelm that can creep up so fast.
